Yoga for 3-5 year olds is an imaginative and lively class. Yoga for young children is taught through music, natural experiences, and imagination. Yoga stories, literature, songs and movement make yoga poses and breathing fun for preschoolers. Children are taught breathing techniques to calm the body and focus the mind. Relaxation is introduced through guided imagery.
