Parenting a baby or young toddler invites us to explore the world through their eyes. Together, parents and babies learn imaginative yoga songs, games, and poses to create a fun introduction to yoga while bonding with one another. Parents are led in a short warm up and breath practice, connect with their babies in partner poses, and meet a community of other families. Families are supported outside of class with communication about yoga and peaceful parenting practices from the teacher. This class honors you and your baby or toddler in a supportive, loving environment. No prior experience in yoga needed for parents (or babies)!
This class is for babies 6 weeks to 12 months.
