Kids should wear their pajamas (or comfy clothing) to this special Friday night class! Class time opens with crafts, games and play time focused on creativity and imagination. Yoga time follows with gentle and relaxing yoga poses along with calming breathing and visualization techniques to soothe your child before bedtime. A healthy snack will be served after the class, then sweet dreams to follow! What a great way to end a busy week at school.
Pajama Yoga is held at the Yoga Studio twice each semester on Friday evening 6:30-8:00 pm.
