Welcome to family time! Leave the stress of the week, put away the phones or tablets, and connect with your family for this hour together. Family Yoga provides the opportunity for families to bond, learn new strategies for managing stress and regulating energy levels, and we have fun! Stories, games, partner poses and imagination are used as elements to make yoga kid-friendly and inviting. Relaxation time is shared by all for a cozy end to the class.
Please register only once per family. More than 2 children in each family are welcome.
