Amber Sparks, RYT 200, RCYT

Amber believes yoga provides us with the method and tools to arrive in the present moment with grace, acceptance, and truth. She has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. Her classes nurture and invite students to come home into their bodies to cultivate radiant well being and listen to the wisdom within. Amber has been working with young children and families for the past 20 years in various settings; including preschools, Head Start programs, and mothering her own two children. She currently teaches yoga to parents, babies and toddlers and families.
