Lisa lives in Washington, Illinois and has been practicing yoga for eight years. She was initially drawn to the discipline of yoga as a way to bring balance back into her life and relieve some stress. It worked and she fell in love with it!
She has completed an intense 220 hour teacher training course at Yogaworks in Costa Mesa, CA. Her main teaching style is to adapt, adjust and accommodate for students to maximize their practice.
Lisa’s discovery of the power of deep transformation and self acceptance has inspired her to share yoga with others in order to facilitate their health and healing, as well as help them find their sense of inner peace.
