200019_10150159464563092_281731148091_8220537_1874407_nWe offer 6 or 7 Week Class Sessions four times a year for Mommy Baby Yoga, LIttle Yogi & Me, Yoga for 3-6 Year Olds, Yoga for 6-10 Year Olds, and Girl Power Yoga for 10-13 Year Olds.  Our class sessions begin at these times:

  • August-Early October:  Fall Session I
  • Late October-December:  Fall Session II
  • January-February:  Winter Session  Winter 2017 Begins January 5-9 for Babies and Toddlers, January 17-21 for Kids 3 and Up.
  • March-April:  Spring Session
  • June – July:  Yoga Camp

Pajama Yoga and Family Yoga are offered periodically.  Enroll in these classes individually.
