Kelley began practicing yoga to improve her core and back strength to care for her daughter, who was born with spina bifida. Over time, as Kelley began to practice more regularly, she realized that her daughter would benefit greatly from yoga as well. Yoga has been a great complement to her daughter’s weekly physical therapy and occupational therapy sessions. Connecting movements with breath and becoming more mindful have brought more balance in their lives. This experience led Kelley down the path of becoming a certified kids yoga teacher through Yoga to Grow (CYTG) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).

Kelley loves teaching kids yoga to all kids, but she has a passion for working with kids who have physical challenges. She collaborates with physical therapists and occupational therapists in St. Louis, to offer adaptive kids yoga classes.
