Teaching Specialization: Yoga for Preschoolers 3 – 5, Yoga for children ages 6 – 11, Daisy, Brownies, and Girl Scout Troops, and parent/child class.
Teaching Area and Location: Early Childhood Centers in Creve Coeur and Chesterfield.
Renee is a retired Early Childhood Center and Camp Director and former preschool and science teacher. She currently teaches yoga at early childhood centers and older children on weekends. She also helps Daisy, Brownies, and Girl Scouts earn their badges.Renee has been practicing yoga herself since 2008. Renee completed her Advanced Yoga to Grow Training in May of 2015She treasures her practice in all aspects for the body, breath, and peace of mind. Her zest for teaching allows her to help young children build body awareness, direct the mind to focus, and enjoy yoga poses.
